Role & responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor site execution for restaurant outlet projects.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure projects are completed within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Interpret and work with AutoCAD drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Conduct site inspections and progress monitoring to ensure adherence to approved designs.
Track project milestones and provide regular progress updates to management.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations. • Coordinate material delivery, installation schedules, and contractor activities.
Identify potential project delays or issues and implement corrective actions.
Assist in project planning, scheduling,



and documentation.
Support handover and final project closure after completion.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Bachelors degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• 3 to 7 years of experience in restaurant, QSR, retail, or mall project execution.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).

• Solid understanding of interior fit-out, civil works, electrical, and basic MEP coordination.

• Valuable project coordination and vendor management skills.

• Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
