Required Skills & Experience
5-10years of qualified Android development (commercial apps or largescale projects).
Proficiency in Kotlin (1.5) and solid background in Java (4).
Solid grasp of Android Jetpack components (Lifecycle, Navigation, Paging, Room, Data-

Store).
Experience with architectural patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture or MVI.
Comfortable with asynchronous programming (Coroutines, Flow, Rx-Java).
Knowledge of dependency injection frameworks (Dagger/Hilt, Koin).
Ability to write unit and UI tests and to work with CI tools (GitHub Actions, Bit-rise,

Azure DevOps).
Familiarity with Google Play Console, app signing, and staged rollouts.
Positive problemsolving skills; able to debug across multiple Android versions and device configurations.
Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.





Preferred / NicetoHave Skills
Handson experience with Jetpack Compose for declarative UI.
Experience in modular Gradle builds and multimodule project structures.
Exposure to Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) or other crossplatform solutions.
Familiarity with Firebase services (Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging).
Understanding of security best practices (encrypted storage, ProGuard/R8 rules).
Contributions to opensource Android libraries or active participation in Android community events.
Hands on experience on Android NDK Native. Knowledge about .so file and their integration
