Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
Build robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
Optimize Azure SQL databases through indexing, query tuning, and execution plan analysis.
Develop and maintain stored procedures, views, and productive database schemas.
Troubleshoot application and database performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with Product, DevOps, Data Engineering, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust expertise in Python and Object-Oriented Programming.
Hands-on experience with Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
Solid knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, API security, and backend architecture.
Extensive experience with Azure SQL ( Must have ).
Expertise in SQL Query Optimization, Indexing Strategies, Execution Plans, Stored Procedures, and Performance Tuning.




Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.
Knowledge of Authentication & Authorization (OAuth, JWT, RBAC).
Solid debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
