Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to improve system reliability and performance through proactive issue detection and resolution.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical incidents effectively. Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Recent Relic.
Solid analytical skills to interpret monitoring data and diagnose complex system issues.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application performance problems.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improvements.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
Excellent communication skills to document findings and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
