Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.




Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Assist in documenting troubleshooting procedures and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
Support junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance when needed. Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TSM Backup Administration.
Experience with backup and recovery processes and tools related to TSM Backup Administration.
Solid problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve backup-related issues effectively.
Ability to monitor and manage backup jobs to ensure data integrity and availability.
Familiarity with system performance monitoring and incident management in backup environments.

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in TSM Backup Administration.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
