Role Description The Formwork Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and calculate area with 3D aluminium formwork systems for various structural and architectural structures. Day-to-day tasks include preparing 3D design area estimation. The role involves collaborating with sales team, client engineers and contractors to understand design-scope in formwork usage.

Engineer will also support cost-effective design solutions,



contribute to standardization of formwork components, and assist in design documentation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District.

Qualifications

Strong skills in formwork design, structural detailing, and preparation of layout drawings using CAD or similar design tools.

Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings and translate them into practical aluminium formwork solutions.

Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with project managers, site engineers, and clients.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Prior experience in formwork design, building construction, or 3D design and area estimator is preferred.

Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work to project timelines on-site.
