Key Responsibilities:
Support the Café Manager in day-to-day operations.
Lead and supervise the front-of-house team.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns.
Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
Control inventory, stock ordering, and minimize wastage.
Drive sales, upselling, and customer satisfaction.
Handle cash, POS operations, and daily reports.

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality workplace.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of café operations, POS systems (PetPooja), and inventory management.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

Pay: ₹24,461.06 - ₹26,888.16 per month
