Job Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional to manage Supply Planning and MIS activities. The role is responsible for ensuring seamless supply planning, demand fulfilment, inventory optimization, and cross-functional coordination while driving automation and process improvements to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end supply planning and demand fulfilment processes.
Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process and ensure effective execution.
Manage inventory optimization to maintain optimum stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.
Plan seasonal demand, new product launches, and capacity requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing plants, warehouses, procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure uninterrupted product availability.
Monitor warehouse capacity and ensure effective inventory movement.
Oversee production planning and demand forecasting to improve forecast accuracy.
Drive automation initiatives to improve planning efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Prepare and publish MIS reports, dashboards, and supply chain KPIs for management review.
Monitor and improve key metrics such as OTIF (On-Time In-Full), Fill Rate, Inventory Turns, Forecast Accuracy, and Customer Service Levels.




Manage PR, PO, and SO approval processes in line with business requirements.
Lead governance and SOP compliance across planning activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain challenges and manage escalations.
Mentor and guide the planning team to enhance operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Inventory Management.
Hands-on experience in S&OP;, Production Planning, and Capacity Planning.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Experience in MIS reporting, dashboard preparation, and KPI analysis.
Knowledge of automation tools such as Power BI, Power Query, or similar reporting platforms is preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.

Qualification
Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline.

Experience
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, MIS, or related functions.
