Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple Kathi Rolls & Wraps outlets.
Ensure achievement of sales, profitability, and operational KPIs across all assigned stores.
Monitor food quality, product consistency, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate Restaurant Managers and outlet staff.
Analyze sales reports, food costs, labor costs, and wastage, and implement corrective action plans.
Drive local store marketing initiatives to increase footfall and revenue.
Ensure effective inventory management, stock control, and vendor coordination.
Minimize food wastage, pilferage, and operational losses.
Resolve escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with central kitchen, supply chain, HR, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety norms, and company policies.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
