Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the performance of multiple branches across the Punjab region.(Mohali, Chandigarh & Zirakpur).
Drive business growth and ensure achievement of regional business targets.
Coach, mentor, and develop Branch Managers and branch teams.
Monitor branch productivity, operational efficiency, and customer service standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Develop business through local networking, partnerships, and relationship management.
Review branch performance,



identify improvement prospects, and implement action plans.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve escalated customer issues.
Conduct regular branch visits, audits, performance reviews, and team meetings.
Coordinate with Corporate Office for business planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Proven experience in managing teams and achieving business growth.
3- 5 years experience in Sales & Team Handling
Robust analytical, decision-making, and people management skills.
High standards of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
Ability to lead organizational growth and build a high-performance culture.
