Role & responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end payroll, including statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity) and payroll processing.
Handle complete HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit).
Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and HRMS/HRIMS data management with Advanced Excel.
Drive performance management, employee engagement, HR administration, and policy implementation.
Preferred candidate profile:
HR Operations & Payroll experience in the Manufacturing industry with team coordination and stakeholder management.
Experience in Implementing Spine HRMS is compulsory
