We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to lead site operations, manage teams, and ensure project completion with quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee complete site execution and progress
Plan and schedule construction activities
Manage junior engineers and site staff
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and timelines
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors
Monitor project costs and control material wastage
Handle site issues and provide technical solutions
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols
Prepare reports, billing, and documentation

Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering




Solid knowledge of construction processes and project management
Leadership and team handling skills
Positive understanding of BOQs, billing, and planning
Robust problem-solving and decision-making ability
Software knowledge: AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project
Industry: Residential / Commercial / Real Estate
