Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full time, in office role based in Tiruchirappalli and Thanjavur. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for hotel staff. Daily activities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing attendance and payroll inputs in coordination with finance, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards.

The Human Resources

Manager will handle conflict resolution, support training and development initiatives, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also involves working closely with department heads to forecast staffing needs,



drive employee engagement, and support continuous improvement in HR processes.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience as HR in Hotels.

Demonstrated experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies relevant to the hospitality sector.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to work effectively with diverse teams and staff levels.

Ability to manage HR documentation, maintain employee records, and use HR or payroll software systems.

Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.

Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in hotels or hospitality.
