Supervise assembly operations to achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Develop and optimize assembly processes to improve productivity, reduce defects, and enhance operational efficiency.
Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Plan and procure raw materials and consumables based on production requirements.
Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) as per the Bill of Materials (BOM) and coordinate with the procurement team for Purchase Order (PO) release.
Prepare and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and create Production Orders in the ERP system. Maintaining safety stock to avoiding the material shortage for production
Manage store operations, including inventory tracking, material receipts, issues, and Stock verification.
Support production planning and scheduling to ensure timely availability of materials and effective workflow.
Maintain Project Planner and schedule
Desired experience & Qualification : DME with 4- 6 years of experience in Assembly operations and Projects.
Work location : Wipro 3D, Peenya, Bengaluru.
