Role Description The Assistant Merchandiser is a full-time, in office role based in Vadodara. The role involves supporting merchandise planning, assortment selection, and inventory tracking to ensure the right products are available at the right time.

Responsibilities include coordinating with design, production, and retail teams, assisting in analyzing sales and customer data, and preparing reports and documentation for product performance.

The Assistant

Merchandiser will help monitor market trends, competitor activity,



and customer feedback to inform product decisions and promotions. The role also includes day-to-day communication with internal stakeholders, assisting with visual merchandising inputs, and contributing to a seamless in-store and online customer experience.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Retail skills to understand shopper behavior and support a customer-first merchandising approach.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to interpret sales data and support decisions that drive revenue and product performance.
Candidates should possess Marketing skills to align product assortments with brand campaigns and trend-led collections.
Additional beneficial qualifications include attention to detail, basic data analysis skills (Excel or similar tools), ability to work in a fast-paced fashion environment, and interest in youth fashion and sustainability.
A diploma or degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with prior internship or entry-level experience in fashion or retail.
