Experience : 5–8 years in product integration, system testing, or certification engineering for energy storage or power systems.
Key Job Responsibilities :
Lead system-integration testing of BESS units – BMS, PCS, thermal management, communication, safety systems.
Develop/execute system-level test plans (functional, performance, endurance); own the certification roadmap and manage interactions with certifying bodies.
Prepare technical documentation for certification submissions – test reports, design summaries, compliance matrices.
Support application engineering for customer-specific configurations; conduct FAT with customers and third-party inspectors.
Manage software/firmware integration and system commissioning on prototypes; investigate and resolve system-level/field issues.
