Responsibilities
Achieve daily production targets as per the production plan.
Maintain a clean, protected work workplace. Safety SOP PPE compliance in the production area.
Maintain 5S on shop floor.
Maintain production reports file, and material consumption.
Production with quality Standards specification
Manage manpower allocation and scheduling.
Inform the maintenance/Electrical team when needed.
Monitor and maintain productivity with process.

Authorities
Allocation of manpower, machines, to meet production targets.
Stop activities if unsafe conditions are identified.




Regular 5S activities and audits
Maintain and update production reports and material consumption records.
Stop machine production in case of deviation from standards
Arrange and deploy manpower as per operational requirements.
Stop or adjust production in case of critical machine/process problems.
Adjust process parameters as required
