Job Summary

FutureWings Academy is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to support our student admission and brand promotion activities. The ideal candidate should have solid marketing, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns, coordinate with educational institutions, and contribute to achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to increase student admissions.
Conduct school and college visits for seminars, presentations, and student outreach.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and corporate partners.
Coordinate digital marketing activities with the marketing team and external agencies.
Generate and follow up on leads to achieve admission targets.
Organize promotional events, education fairs, exhibitions, and career guidance programs.
Monitor marketing performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate advertisement campaigns, branding activities, and promotional materials.




Support the Marketing Manager in implementing sales and marketing initiatives.
Work closely with the admissions, academic, and administrative teams.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (education sector experience is preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam.
Solid interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills.
Willingness to travel for marketing activities and educational events.
Valid driving license is an added advantage.
