Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Guwahati. The Assistant supports daily operations, including coordinating deliveries, maintaining records, and assisting with documentation related to shipments and freight activities.

Responsibilities include communicating with drivers and customers, tracking packages, updating logs, and ensuring that all relevant paperwork is accurate and complete. The role may involve handling phone calls, managing basic office tasks, and helping resolve routine issues in coordination with the operations team.



The Assistant works closely with supervisors to ensure smooth workflow, adherence to schedules, and overall service quality.

Qualifications
Ability to manage routine office tasks, including record-keeping, documentation, and basic data entry.
Robust organizational and time-management skills to coordinate deliveries and daily activities effectively.
Clear and skilled communication skills for interacting with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and simple tracking tools.
Attention to detail and reliability in handling paperwork, logs, and package information.
Willingness to work on-site in Guwahati and support transport operations in a rapid-paced environment.
Prior experience in logistics, transport, or administrative support is an advantage but not mandatory.
Educational background at the secondary level or higher; additional vocational or office training is beneficial.
