Area Manager ( Support ) - Key Responsibilities
Manage and support operations across assigned geographical region
Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met for client projects.
Provide technical and operational guidance to field teams.
Handle escalations and resolve critical issues in the region.
Conduct regular site audits and quality checks.
Implement standardized processes across all locations.
Monitor KPIs and prepare regional performance reports.
Coordinate with HQ for resource allocation and planning.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors in Engineering or related field.
5+ years experience in field operations management.
Robust knowledge of electronic security systems.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office; PMP a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region
