Role Overview: We are looking for a Data Analyst who can convert data into meaningful insights to support business decisions. The role involves data collection, processing, analysis, and reporting. The candidate should have experience working with contact center data and large datasets.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage MIS reports with accuracy and consistency
Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data
Identify trends, patterns, and insights using statistical techniques
Develop dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel and visualization tools
Automate reporting processes for efficiency and timely delivery
Identify data issues and ensure data quality and integrity
Interpret data and present insights to stakeholders
Work on electoral and demographic data analysis
Coordinate with teams and manage basic team handling responsibilities
Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards

Skills Required:
Robust knowledge of MIS reporting and Advanced Excel
Positive understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling




Familiarity with Power BI and basic Python (AI/ML, automation)
Data visualization and presentation skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail

Education:
Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (preferably Statistics)
Certifications in Data Analytics tools are preferred

Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics
Experience in contact center data is preferred

Work Nature:
Full-time role with extensive data handling, reporting, and cross-team coordination
May require handling multiple projects and tight deadlines
