Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Tester with strong experience in Manual and Automation Testing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in test planning, test case design, test execution, defect tracking, regression testing, and automation testing. Experience working in Agile environments and banking/financial services projects is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and functional requirements to create effective test scenarios and test cases.
Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
Log, track, and retest defects using ALM or similar test management tools.
Review test cases and execution results to ensure quality standards.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues.




Prepare test reports and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks.

Required Skills
Solid experience in Manual Testing
Hands-on experience in Automation Testing
Good knowledge of SQL
Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, UFT, or Test Complete
Knowledge of test planning, test case design, defect management, and regression testing
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid verbal and written communication skills

Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
