Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI models and applications that support WSC’s digitalization and automation initiatives. Day-to-day work includes researching AI techniques, building and training models (including neural networks), implementing algorithms for pattern recognition and natural language processing, and integrating solutions into production software systems.

The role involves close collaboration with software developers, cyber security specialists, and process control engineers to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.



This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications
Solid foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and coding best practices.
Experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with the ability to design, train, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models.
Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text preprocessing, model selection, and deployment of language-based solutions.
Proficiency in AI-related programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Experience working with data pipelines, model evaluation, and MLOps practices for deploying and monitoring AI systems in production.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with automation, manufacturing process control, or cyber security domains is an advantage.
