Role Description The Associate role at WorthET is a full-time hybrid position based in Prayagraj, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the Associate supports daily operations across food delivery, meal subscriptions, and table reservations, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, partner restaurants, and internal teams.

Typical responsibilities include handling customer queries, assisting with order and subscription management,



updating and maintaining platform information, and monitoring service performance. The Associate may also support basic data collection and reporting, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with the team on initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
