Automotive Telematics – System Engineer

Experience- 7+ Years

Location - Pune Common Technical Skills:

Cloud interfaces, AWS IoT Services and Azure awareness

Communication protocols- J1939, UDS, J1979

Awareness of legislations- EU7 OBM, GDPR, Data Act, R155/156

Experienced System Design Engineer with 7+ years in the Automotive Embedded Telematics Domain

Robust expertise in

· Requirement Engineering and Tech profile creation

· Software Architecture Development

· Verification & Validation (V&V;)

Hands-on experience with tools like Visio Qualified for creating network and boundary diagrams, design, architecture, etc.

Familiarity with iDFMEA, FTA/Fishbone, and other Six Sigma tools

Understanding of the System V-Model, Agile processes and tools like JIRA

Postman (for API debugging)



Mandatory/Must have skills and experience:

1.Proficiency in API development using YAML/Swagger, along with API debugging using tools such as Postman

Experience with Cloud-to-Cloud communication and integration

Solid capability to create technical specifications and system requirements

Hands-on experience or exposure to with debugging tools (e.g., CANoe) and ability to interpret diagnostic traces like J1939/UDS

Prior experience in the automotive embedded telematics domain

Individual contributor Common Soft skills:

1.Experience in handling cross-functional teams

2.Excellent verbal communication skills
