The Finance Accounts (FA) departmentunder the BPM practice at Nexdigm Pvt Ltd in Pune focuses on deliveringend-to-end accounting and financial process solutions to global clients. Theirservices include transaction processing, financial reporting, compliance, andstatutory filings. The team leverages technology and domain expertise to driveefficiency, accuracy, and process improvements across areas like P2P, O2C, R2Rand MIS support.

Role Description

Lead and optimize accounts payable processes,ensure compliance, foster team engagement, and drive process efficiency todeliver measurable outcomes.

Key Result Areas:
Analyzes changerequests , conducts impact and risk assessments, and ensuresbackup for all critical roles, with updated and client-signed process documentsand review mechanisms implemented.
Independentlymanages project-level client calls , ensures monthlyoperations reports are submitted,



maintains client feedback rating, andprovides complete, timely responses to queries.
Grooms candidatesthrough structured training programs, conducts quarterlyreviews, supports onboarding, and maintains team efficiency throughsupervision, training, and conflict resolution.
Applies Six Sigmaand quality tools to enhance efficiency, completes improvementprojects with quantified impact, and ensures automation projects are completedwith BRD and UAT as per checklist.

RequiredCompetencies, Skills, and Experience
Technical Expertise: Deepunderstanding of Indian accounting and Accounts Payable processes, including Invoice Processing,Vendor Management, Reconciliation, and P2P cycle.
