Location: Whitefield, Bangalore Department: Commerce & Management Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Professor to teach undergraduate students in Commerce and Management. The candidate should have robust subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for mentoring students while contributing to research and institutional development.

Key Responsibilities Teach undergraduate courses as per the university curriculum.

Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and teaching materials.

Conduct lectures, tutorials, seminars, and internal assessments.

Evaluate answer scripts, assignments, projects, and practical work.

Mentor students in academic and career development.

Guide students in internships, projects, and research activities.

Participate in curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives.

Conduct and publish research in reputed journals.

Organize seminars, workshops, industrial visits, and academic events.





Maintain academic records and submit reports on time.

Participate in NAAC, LIC, IQAC, and other accreditation activities.

Perform examination duties and other academic or administrative responsibilities assigned by the institution. Qualification PG Degree with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university.

NET/SLET/SET qualification preferred as per UGC norms.

Ph.D. in the relevant discipline is desirable.

Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a recognized college or university.

Experience in curriculum development, research, and student mentoring is preferred.

Solid subject knowledge.

Positive computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Student mentoring and counselling skills.

Research and publication orientation.
