Matiz Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a agile and result-oriented Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, and nurturing potential clients for our digital marketing services . This is a target-based role that requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate leads for digital marketing services
Understand client requirements and explain our SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Web Development services
Schedule appointments for the business development team with qualified leads
Maintain and update the CRM database with lead details and follow-up actions
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize sales strategies




Handle incoming inquiries and convert potential leads into clients

Requirements:
1+ years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation (preferably in a digital marketing agency)
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing services (preferred)
Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into leads
Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a target-driven environment
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
