Job Title: Asst. Sales Manager (Sales)

Job Roles and Responsibilities
Carrying out direct sales to achieve sales targets for available units within the development.Initiate calls to customers basis leads received.
Showcase presentation to clients as per company standards. Negotiations and closing discussions with clients.
Ability to drive and gain customer confidence on value proposition of the product.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, through the sales process from initial inquiry to closing.
Submit daily reports of leads.
Develop sales pitches.
Identify, engage, and manage a network of channel partners, as required by management.

Experience:
Should have at least 3 years of experience as a Sr. Sales Executive or an Asst. Manager with at least 1 year experience.
Should have the ability to lead conversation, conduct site visits and discussions independently.

About the Company:




We’re recruiting for a real estate projects in Kadamba Plateau and Central Goa which are about 25 acres.
These projects are being co-developed by Victorino Group in association with Dalands,
Dalands are a global construction / development company which have build formidable hospitality projects; Wyndym Goa at Vagator, Hyatt Regency at Dehradun, W Residences at Ras Al Khaimah, La Residenza, JVC - Jumeirah Village, Dubai, and multiple such high-end luxury hospitality development in Dubai and India.
Victorino Dalands are in a joint venture in Goa. Victorino Group does developments and contracting for projects. VG have executed flagship projects in Goa; The Capital in Margão, The Sterling Residences, besides many other successfully executed contracting works for the past 12 years.
The Kadamba project is a 12-acre mixed development aimed at bringing in a destination product to Goa.
The Sales team will be led by an ex-DLF & Hiranandani Sales VP.
