This is a full time, in office Billing Executive role based in Dronogiri, Navi Mumbai.

The Billing

Executive will manage end-to-end billing processes, including preparing and issuing invoices for CFS,logistics and warehousing services, verifying chargeable items, and ensuring accurate tax and fee application. Daily responsibilities include reconciling billing data with operational records, coordinating with operations and finance teams to resolve discrepancies, and updating billing systems with current rates and customer details. The role involves responding to client queries related to invoices, maintaining organized documentation for audits, and supporting timely revenue recognition.

Executive will also assist in generating regular billing reports and contribute to process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong billing process and invoicing skills, including experience handling multiple services and rate structures.





Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to review data, identify discrepancies, and support accurate financial reporting.

Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and respond to client billing queries clearly and professionally.

Candidates should possess foundational finance knowledge, including basic accounting principles and familiarity with taxes and statutory charges.

Candidates should ideally have experience in logistics, warehousing, or EXIM operations, and be comfortable working with billing software and MS Excel.

Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines.

A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
