Position: Billing Executive

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Location: Zirakpur

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
Generate invoices, quotations, and billing documents accurately.
Maintain billing records and customer payment details.
Coordinate with clients regarding invoices and payment follow-ups.
Record daily transactions and maintain financial data.
Reconcile invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
Prepare reports related to billing and collections.
Coordinate with the accounts team for smooth financial operations.
Ensure billing is completed within timelines and without errors.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.

Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in Billing or Accounts.




Basic knowledge of invoice billing.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Canva is manadatory.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or any relevant field preferred.
