Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Associate Project Coordinator to oversee daily operations, optimize business processes, and improve team productivity. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, monitor performance, ensure process compliance, and support operational excellence across the organization.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor daily operations and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks across teams.

Analyze team productivity, performance, and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.

Develop, implement, and optimize business processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.

Track project progress, prepare performance reports,



and present actionable insights to management.

Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Support strategic business initiatives while ensuring accountability, compliance, and effective execution.

Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Eligibility

MBA / PGDM (Completed or Final Semester).

0–2 years of experience.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
