We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Trainer / Sales Coach to partner with our team on a customized sales development program.

Our company is a leading exporter of granite and natural stone, and our inside sales team engages with international B2B buyers through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.

We are looking for a trainer who can deliver an 8-week coaching program (1–2 sessions per week) focused on practical skill development rather than classroom-style training.

Key areas of focus:
Prospecting and outreach conversations
Converting responses into meaningful sales conversations
Discovery questioning and active listening
Objection handling
Consultative B2B selling
Negotiation and closing techniques
Role plays using our actual sales scenarios
Individual feedback and coaching




Measurable improvement through defined KPIs

We would also like the trainer to help us develop a Granite Export Sales Playbook that can be used for onboarding and continuous learning within the organization.

Ideal profile:
10+ years of B2B sales training/coaching experience
Experience with manufacturing, exports, industrial products, or international B2B sales
Comfortable conducting virtual sessions
Solid focus on measurable business outcomes rather than one-time motivational workshops
