Role & responsibilities
Drive Direct Consumer Sales: Engage directly with end consumers through digital channels, phone, or retail touchpoints to pitch products/services and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualify and Convert Leads: Follow up promptly on inbound inquiries, digital marketing leads, website sign-ups, and promotional responses to convert prospects into paying customers.
Manage CRM and Customer Records: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales pipelines, lead statuses, and contact details within the CRM system.
Deliver Customer Onboarding and Support: Guide current customers through product usage, subscription setups, and purchasing processes while addressing post-sale queries or issues to maximize initial satisfaction.
Execute Retention and Upselling Strategies: Identify customer preferences to cross-sell complementary items, offer upgrades, and implement loyalty initiatives that reduce churn and boost lifetime value.




Gather Customer Feedback and Market Insights: Collect direct feedback regarding customer preferences, buying behaviors, and competitor offerings, sharing actionable insights with marketing and product development teams.
Support Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate with internal teams to roll out consumer-focused marketing initiatives across email, SMS, social media, and local promotional events.
Coordinate Order Processing and Logistics: Work alongside billing, inventory, and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate order tracking, timely deliveries, and smooth payment processing.
Monitor and Report Performance: Track key sales metricsincluding conversion rates, average transaction values, and customer acquisition costs—and submit regular performance reports to senior management.
