Admatazz is a creative digital agency in Mumbai with a scientific temper. We build brands on evidence, not guesswork. We're entering our next phase of growth, and this role sits right at the heart of it.

We're looking for someone who can bring in new business and also run their own vertical end to end think of it as owning a mini P&L; within the agency. You'll be responsible for growing the client base, managing existing client relationships, and making sure your vertical performs both creatively and commercially.

What you'll do
Bring in current business and grow the client base
Own the P&L; for your vertical, revenue, margins, growth
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
Lead and mentor a team under you
Work closely with the founder and leadership on growth strategy

What we're looking for
Minimum 8 years of experience
Agency experience is a must
A robust track record in either recent business/growth or client servicing (ideally both)
Someone who can think commercially and still care about the work
Comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks

Who this is for A Senior Manager ready to step up to AVP, or a current AVP ready to move up to Senior AVP.
