Job Title: Business Development Executive — Digital Marketing (Fixed Salary + High Commission)

About the role

We're a digital marketing agency looking for a hungry salesperson who can bring in clients and get paid properly for it. If you close well, your commission will comfortably beat your fixed salary — that's the point of the structure.

What you'll do
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, walk-ins, and local networking
Pitch our services — social media management, performance marketing, SEO, web development, video content
Understand a client's business, propose the right package, and negotiate to close
Maintain a clean pipeline and follow up until the deal is signed
Coordinate handover with the delivery team and stay involved for renewals and upsells

Commission structure




Attractive commission on every client conversion — uncapped
Percentage of deal value paid on client onboarding, plus a recurring share on retainer renewals
Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses for exceeding targets
Top performers realistically earn more from incentives than from fixed pay

What we're looking for
0–3 years in sales (digital marketing, media, ad sales, or B2B services is a plus — freshers with real hustle are welcome)
Solid spoken English and Hindi
Comfortable with rejection and consistent follow-up
Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred for client meetings
