Key Responsibilities
The Senior Architect will be responsible for delivering tasks pertaining to design projects, working with the team to complete different deliverables in compliance with the company policies and best practice standards.
Managing design projects from Concept development, Developed Design, Technical Design Construction documentation.
Collaborating with UAE based design team in Head office and various co consultants and specialist consultants.
Revit modelling, model management and content creation.
Develop and modify detailed BIM model from CAD sketches and Sketch-Up Models. Regular model auditing and clash detections simulations.
Preparation of floorplans, elevations, sections and technical details for the project.



Develop and modify detailed technical drawings from design sketches, specifications, and notes.
Preparation of final drawings documentations (Tender or Construction set) including drawings, specifications, 3D model and CAD files.
Preparation of the advanced technical drawing sets as part of Project Technical Construction Documentation packages.
Ensure design specifications align to safety standards and governmental regulations. Validate that drawings are in compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
