Job Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through calls and follow-ups.
Understand candidates' educational background and career aspirations.
Counsel students regarding courses, career prospects, and program benefits.
Convert qualified leads into admissions.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
Update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective students.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is an added advantage).
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
