Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development role based in Bengaluru.

The Business

Development skilled will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage lead generation activities, and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, preparing proposals, and supporting sales presentations. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, maintaining accurate records of sales activities,



and contributing to revenue growth targets. The candidate will also handle customer inquiries, provide timely follow-ups, and support continuous improvement of business development processes.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience in Market Research to identify prospects and interpret market trends.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, handle inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess proven Lead Generation skills and familiarity with sales pipelines or CRM tools to support business growth.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
Experience in B2B sales or digital solutions is beneficial, along with the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with standard office and presentation software are advantageous.
