Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer with solid experience in real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project cost estimation, budgeting, quantity take-offs, and providing technical inputs to support accurate project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate project cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analyses for real estate and infrastructure projects.
Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from drawings, designs, and specifications.
Evaluate engineering problems, analyze alternatives, and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Review, interpret, and prepare revisions for engineering plans, drawings, and specifications.
Conduct and supervise site inspections, measurements, and testing to validate quantities and project progress.
Develop and manage project budgets, cash flows, and cost monitoring systems.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors,



and vendors to ensure accuracy of technical and commercial data.
Provide input for tendering, bid proposals, and cost negotiations.

Qualifications Skills:

Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Proven experience (3 7 years preferred) as an Estimation Engineer specifically in real estate or construction.

Robust knowledge of costing, budgeting, tendering, rate analysis, and material specifications.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (e.g., CostX, Candy, or similar).

Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Robust attention to detail and ability to work independently.
