Position: Binding Supervisor

Location: Kundli, Sonipat

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 3+ Years

Industry: Printing & Packaging (Mandatory)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Binding Supervisor to oversee binding operations and ensure smooth production, high-quality output, and timely order completion. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the Printing & Packaging industry and solid knowledge of binding processes and team management.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day binding production activities.
Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines.
Monitor product quality and minimize rejection and wastage.
Allocate work efficiently to operators and helpers.
Coordinate with the Production, Planning, and Quality teams.
Ensure proper machine utilization and perform basic troubleshooting.
Maintain production reports and shift records.
Follow safety standards and maintain 5S on the shop floor.




Train and guide operators to improve productivity and quality.
Ensure timely completion and dispatch of finished products.

Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Binding Supervisor.
Experience in the Printing & Packaging industry is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of binding machines and finishing processes.
Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
