About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and technically knowledgeable Sales Executive to promote and sell biotechnology and molecular diagnostics instruments to research laboratories, hospitals, universities, diagnostic centers, and pharmaceutical companies.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell biotech and molecular diagnostic instruments.
Identify new customers and develop business prospects.
Conduct product presentations and instrument demonstrations.
Provide technical guidance to customers regarding instrument applications.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with the service team for installation and after-sales support.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Travel to customer sites as required.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Biochemistry,



Molecular Biology, or a related field.
Hands-on knowledge and practical experience with RT-PCR, PCR, and Thermal Cycler instruments is mandatory.
Good understanding of molecular biology techniques and laboratory workflows.
Prior experience in sales of biotech or laboratory instruments will be preferred.
Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Experience
1–3 years in biotech, laboratory equipment, or scientific instrument sales.
Fresh candidates with strong technical knowledge and practical instrument experience may also apply.
