Key Responsibilities

Licensing & Compliance Operations
Manage end-to-end processing of business licenses, permits, registrations, and renewals.
Track license expiration dates and ensure timely renewals to avoid penalties or operational disruptions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date licensing records, documentation, and databases.
Support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

Financial & Accounting Support
Process licensing-related invoices, payments, fee tracking, and reconciliation activities.
Maintain accurate financial records associated with licensing expenses and renewals.
Support accrual tracking, payment validations, and budget-related reporting where applicable.
Coordinate with Finance and Accounts Payable teams to ensure timely processing and resolution of discrepancies.

Data Accuracy & Reporting
Ensure high levels of data integrity, accuracy, and completeness across licensing systems and trackers.
Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership and business stakeholders.




Perform audits and validations to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or compliance risks.
Support internal and external audit requests with required documentation and evidence.

Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and external agencies/vendors for documentation and approvals.
Respond to business queries related to licensing status, renewals, and compliance requirements.
Escalate risks, delays, or compliance concerns proactively.

Process Excellence
Follow established SOPs, controls, and governance processes with solid attention to detail.
Identify prospects to improve process efficiency, standardization, and automation.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Licensing function.
