Key Responsibilities:
Operate the batching plant to produce concrete as per mix designs and customer requirements.
Ensure accurate weighing and mixing of materials like cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures.
Monitor and control plant parameters for quality and efficiency.
Coordinate with the quality control team to maintain concrete quality standards.
Maintain records of daily production, consumption of raw materials, and dispatches.
Perform routine checks, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical/electrical issues and coordinate with maintenance staff for major repairs.
Ensure proper stock management of raw materials and timely requisition for replenishment.




Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
Support dispatch team in scheduling and delivery coordination.

Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering preferred.
2–5 years of experience in operating RMC batching plants.
Knowledge of computerized batching systems and plant automation.
Understanding of concrete mix designs and material handling

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
