We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to join our team in the footwear industry. The ideal candidate should have Valuable MS Excel skills, be comfortable using AI tools for creating footwear sample images through prompts, and have experience managing B2B seller portals. The role also involves order processing, inventory management, billing, and coordinating with the owner to ensure smooth business operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage data using MS Excel (formulas, reports, data , and record keeping). Use AI tools to generate footwear sample images by creating effective prompts. Manage online B2B seller portals such as Bijnis and Solv.

Process customer orders, returns, and maintain accurate order records. Generate invoices and bills for customers and suppliers. Maintain inventory records and update stock movement regularly. Coordinate with the owner to prepare dispatch data and ensure timely order dispatch.

Perform daily back-office operations and maintain accurate documentation.

Required





SkillsGood knowledge of MS Excel Basic understanding of AI tools and prompt writing for image generation.

Experience handling B2B portals such as Bijnis, Solv, or similar platforms. Knowledge of billing, order processing, returns management, and inventory control. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred

QualificationsGraduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in back-office operations, e-commerce, or B2B order management.

Experience in the footwear, fashion, or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
