Job Purpose

We are looking for a hands-on Business Analyst with solid expertise in SQL, Python, and Power BI to drive business analytics, reporting, dashboarding, and data-driven decision-making. The role will focus on data analysis, KPI tracking, reporting automation, and business planning support.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain MIS reports and Power BI dashboards.
Extract, clean, integrate, and analyze data using SQL and Python.
Automate recurring reports and data processes.
Monitor business performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy through validation and reconciliation.
Support ad hoc analytics and business planning initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.




5+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, MIS, Reporting, or Business Intelligence.
Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
Exposure to Tableau, SAS, Databricks, ETL tools, Cloud platforms, or Advanced Excel will be an added advantage.
Experience in Banking, Lending, Financial Services, or Microfinance is preferred.
