Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our organization. In this role, you will support cross-functional teams in understanding client needs, documenting requirements, ensuring project alignment, and driving value through process improvements. Skills & Competencies
Robust communication skills (written and verbal).
Analytical and detail-oriented approach.
Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Positive organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to learn tools like JIRA, Figma, Trello, Asana, etc.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in gathering, analyzing,



and documenting business and technical requirements.
Participate in internal and client meetings to understand project objectives.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Create wireframes, process flows, and functional specifications using tools like Figma.
Support in preparing test cases and performing user acceptance testing (UAT).
Log and track bugs or enhancement requests in tools like JIRA, Trello, or Mentis.
Help monitor project timelines and deliverables.
Share regular updates with stakeholders and support project reporting.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Work Location: Hybrid remote in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Noida)
