Key Responsibilities
Requirements Elicitation: Gather business workflows, user intents, and pain points from stakeholders to define custom AI assistant use cases
Conversational Design: Map out dialogue flows, custom topics, fallback triggers, and generative answer boundaries within Copilot Studio
Data & System Mapping: Identify required enterprise knowledge sources (SharePoint, Dataverse, APIs) and specify secure integration parameters.
Testing & Validation: Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT),



review intent matching accuracy, and refine natural language understanding (NLU) performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years as a Business Analyst with hands-on exposure to the Microsoft Power Platform or conversational AI tools.
Platform Knowledge: Understanding of Copilot Studio capabilities, workplace governance, and Power Automate workflow triggers.
Soft Skills: Solid facilitation, workshops management, and translation of complex technical constraints for non-technical business units.
Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft PL-200, AI-900/901.
