What You'll Be Doing
Identify, connect with, and convert potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and outbound outreach.
Understand client pain points and recommend the right digital marketing solutions.
Own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and discovery calls to proposal sharing and deal closure.
Build long-term relationships with clients and become their trusted business partner.
Conduct follow-ups, negotiate effectively, and close high-value opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors,



and emerging marketing strategies.

What We're Looking For
1+ year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and outbound sales.
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media, PPC, or Web Development services.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and AI-powered productivity tools is a plus.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
