Outbound Calling: Conduct real-time outbound calls within dedicated calling slots, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximum connect rates.
Interest Capture: Identify and record user interest in the WeightWise program accurately in the tracker.
Resource Optimization: Focus human effort on meaningful conversations understanding intent, building trust, and addressing objections effectively.
Multilingual Communication: Engage with customers fluently in both English and Hindi, switching languages based on customer comfort.
